Help with Club Park

For help with the app, an accessibility issue or a suggestion, email clubparkapp@gmail.com. Please include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened.

A screenshot can help, but remove private information first. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or account recovery keys.

Your account and your information

In Club Park, open Account settings, then Delete account. This also works for a guest account. Deletion removes the account, predictions, recorded visits, Going choices, friendships and notification registrations from the active service. Calendar events you added to your own calendar remain under your control.

For account access, a copy of your information, corrections or an account-deletion request, contact clubparkapp@gmail.com. Include your Club Park username if you have one. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on a request.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete an account stored by the service. Calendar events you save to your own calendar remain under your control.

Report a concern

Report an inappropriate profile, harassment, impersonation or another safety concern to clubparkapp@gmail.com. Identify the profile or screen involved and describe the problem. Share only the information needed to investigate.

Use Safety options on a friend, request or prediction leaderboard entry to report or block a member. Manage blocked members in Account settings. Blocking removes the connection and prevents new requests in either direction. For an appeal or further help, contact clubparkapp@gmail.com. Club Park is not an emergency service.

Matchday information

Scores, fixtures and statistics depend on the available data and may be delayed or corrected. If something looks wrong, include the teams, competition, match date and affected screen in your message.

Confirm travel, opening times and ground information with the venue or transport operator before setting off.

Rights and attribution

For a copyright or trademark concern, identify the item, where it appears and your relationship to the rights holder. Contact clubparkapp@gmail.com so we can investigate.

Club Park is an independent football app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league or governing body. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
